BSK TV NETWORK provides a Pan-African streaming and broadcasting service that allows members to access entertainment content (“BSK TV content”) over the Internet on TVs, computers, and other Internet-enabled devices ("BSK TV ready devices").
These Terms of Use govern your use of our service. As used in these Terms of Use, "BSK TV service", "our service", or "the service" means the personalized service provided by BSK TV NETWORK for discovering and accessing BSK TV content, including all features and functionalities, recommendations, our websites, user interfaces, and all associated content and software. References to "you" indicate the member who created the BSK TV account and whose payment method is charged.
1.1. Membership Duration and Access: Your BSK TV membership continues until terminated. To use the service, you must have Internet access, a BSK TV ready device, and provide one or more valid Payment Methods. “Payment Method” means a current, valid, accepted form of payment, which may include third-party accounts. Unless you cancel before your billing date, you authorize us to charge your Payment Method for the next billing cycle.
1.2. Subscription Plans and Promotional Offers: We may offer various subscription plans, including third-party bundled services. We are not responsible for third-party services. Conditions and limitations for plans will be disclosed at signup or via communications. Promotional offers may be revoked at our discretion if eligibility requirements are not met.
2.1. Billing Cycle: Subscription fees, taxes, and transaction fees will be charged to your Payment Method on the indicated payment date. Billing cycles vary by subscription type. Payment dates may change based on failed charges, plan changes, or start date adjustments.
2.2. Payment Methods: You must provide valid Payment Methods. If the primary Payment Method fails, we may attempt secondary methods. Uncollected amounts remain your responsibility. Some methods may incur additional fees.
2.3. Updating Payment Methods: You may update your Payment Methods on the "Account" page. Updated methods authorize us to continue charging your subscription fees.
2.4. Cancellation: You may cancel at any time. Access continues until the end of your billing period. Payments are non-refundable, including unused content. Some third-party sign-ups require cancellation through that third party.
2.5. Price Changes: We may adjust subscription plans or prices with at least one month’s notice. You may cancel before the change takes effect if you do not agree.
3.1. Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to become a member. Minors must be supervised.
3.2. Personal Use: BSK TV content is for personal, non-commercial use only. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access the service. Sharing beyond your household is prohibited unless your plan allows.
3.3. Geographic Access: Content availability may vary by country. Access may be restricted outside licensed regions. Device limits depend on subscription plan.
3.4. Content Updates and Advertisements: The service is regularly updated. Certain content may be available offline or include ads, promos, or branded messages. We do not endorse third-party ads.
3.5. Offline Viewing: Offline downloads are limited by device count, number of titles, and playback duration. Content may not be playable in restricted countries.

3.8. Software Updates: BSK TV software may require third-party components. Updates may be automatically installed.
You are responsible for all activity on your account. Do not share passwords or payment details. Provide accurate contact information. We may suspend accounts to protect against fraud or unauthorized access.
BSK TV services are provided "as is" without warranties. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or content accuracy. To the fullest extent permitted by law, BSK TV NETWORK is not liable for damages arising from use of the service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Sierra Leone. Mandatory consumer protections in your country remain unaffected.
6.1. Changes to Terms: We may update Terms at any time. Material changes will
be notified at least one month in advance.
6.2. Unforeseeable Events: Service may be disrupted due to events beyond
our control, such as outages, war, strikes, or natural disasters.
6.3. Electronic Communications: Account notices, confirmations, and updates
may be sent electronically.
6.4. Survival: If any provision is invalid, the remainder of the Terms
remains enforceable.
